Chemical and mechanical cleaning is undertaken by our dedicated team of cleaners. Only the grime or graffiti is removed from the masonry, not the face, or the tooling. Anti graffiti coating can be applied if required.

A recent cleaning project that we have carried out was at Farley Lodge, Bowden greater Manchester. The Lodge was previously a nursing but has now been converted in to luxury flats. Our job was to clean and re-point the building. The joints were ground out to the specified depth and we then cleaned the brickwork. A mild chemical cleaner and pressure washer was used to remove all the algae and grim without damaging the face or the very soft bricks.
There were approximately 200 damaged brick which also needed repairing. As a suitable replacement brick could not be found we repaired the existing ones with "Reproface"; an Easipoint repair mortar. We then proceeded to repoint the house with "Easipoint" mortar. On completion the finish was excellent and the repaired bricks blended in well.
